Safety and insurance:

• Passengers with heart conditions, motion sickness, back problems, and other physical limitations such as epilepsy and vertigo are not allowed to ride the Luge and Skyride. Pregnant women aren't allowed to join this activity as well.
• Only participants over 110 centimeters in height are allowed to ride the Luge alone. Those below the minimum height or under the age of 6 years can ride in tandem with a full paying adult aged over 16 years.
• Only participants over 135 centimeters in height are allowed to ride the Skyride alone. Those whose height is 85 centimeters to 109 centimeters must be accompanied by an adult.

Imbiah Lookout Entrance:

• Take Sentosa Bus 1 or Bus 2 and alight at Imbiah Lookout bus stop; or
• Take the Sentosa Express and alight at Imbiah Station; or
• Take the Singapore Cable Car and alight at Sentosa Island Terminal (2 min walk); or
• Drive and park at Imbiah Lookout Car Park

Siloso Beach Entrance:

• Take Sentosa Bus 1 or Bus 3 and alight at Beach Station stop; or
• Take the Sentosa Express and alight at Beach Station; or
• Take the Siloso Beach Tram and alight at Stop 1A

Warnings of the activity :

• If there's thunder or lightning, the rides will temporarily be non-operational. But the Luge and Skyride will operate normally if there's only a drizzle and will stop if there's heavy rain for your safety reason.
• The voucher is valid for 6 months after payment.
• You can ask for your passport. Please bring it with you.
• Refunds are not possible after payment. Please purchase carefully.
• Only those who are at least 6 years old and over 110cm tall can ride alone.
• Children can ride with an adult for an additional fee.
• You can ride the Skyride alone if you are over 135cm tall.
• This pass is an express (quick entry) pass.

A: No, you can use mobile voucher for this activity

Q: What happens if there's bad weather?
A: The rides will temporarily stop in the event of thunder and lightning. Our Luge and Skyride operate as normal in a slight drizzle and will only stop in the event that heavy rain for your safety.

Q: How long does it take to ride the Luge?
A: To complete 1 Luge & Skyride is 15-20 minutes. Please be aware that during school holidays and peak hours it may take longer.

Q: Is there a rule in terms of dressing?
A: No there isn't, but we do recommend you to wear comfortable clothing and the covered toe shoes.

Q: What if there is a problem with the tour on the spot?
A: You may call the emergency number where the number is printed in the front of your voucher.

Q: Do children under the age of 6 need tickets to ride the Luge with a parent or guardian?
A: Children under 110cm tall or below 6 years old can ride the Luge with an adult by purchasing the child doubling ticket on the spot (S$3 per ride)
