• In case of bad weather, KL Tower permits rescheduling within seven days from the original visit date for all its attractions. Please approach the staff at the ticketing counters for a revisitation slip; otherwise, your rescheduling request cannot be honoured, and no refunds will be provided.

• Please note that in preparation for the New Year Eve Event, KL Tower will close to the public at 7:30 pm on 31 December 2024. The last admission for the day will be at 7:00 pm.
