• This is valid only for international travellers and cannot be used by Japanese citizens and/or residents.
• Please present your passport when redeeming your railway pass and admission ticket. The Hankyu Railway Pass can be redeemed at the Hankyu Tourist Centre in Umeda, Osaka and Kawaramachi, Kyoto. Meanwhile, the Hanshin Railway Pass can only be redeemed in Osaka. All redemption counters operate daily from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.

Arima Onsen:
- Admission includes coupons for facilities and souvenirs.
- Guests are required to pay a separate bath tax of JPY 75 onsite, as stipulated by the Kobe City Tax Ordinance. Guests under 6 years and elementary school students who use the facility on weekdays are exempt from the bath tax.
- Additional admission fees are required for the use of Taiko Yume Jyuraku and Hyotan Yume Jyuraku. However, access to Taiko no Yuden is initially free for a limited duration, after which charges apply.
- Last admission is one hour before closing time. Check the official website for the daily opening hours and latest information on facilties.
- Guests who are pregnant, drunk, and with tattoos are not permitted to enter.

Railway passes:
- The Hankyu Railway Pass grants unlimited rides on all Hankyu Railway lines, except for the Kobe Kosoku Line.
- The Hanshin Railway Pass grants unlimited rides on all Hanshin Railway lines, except the Hanshin Electric Railway Kobe Rapid Line - Kobe Sannomiya.
- Both passes allow access to the Kobe Municipal Subway from Sannomiya to Tanigami and the Kobe Electric Railway from Tanigami to Arima Onsen.
- Please note that the valid route extends from Kobe Sannomiya to the subway's Sannomiya transfer route. Access via Shinkaichi is not permitted, so please take note of the transfer station.
