First of all, start the tour by visiting a local market with a chef. Pick your own fresh ingredients, learn a simple Vietnamese language and negotiate with merchants. When you're done shopping, visit Kamtan Village and airlift the organic vegetables for use in the cooking. Before you start cooking, explore the exotic forests on a basket ship and learn how to fish using traditional nets. After the fun adventure ends, the cooking class begins in earnest.
