Information Baggage

• The operator reserves the right to refuse a reservation if the size of the group or luggage exceeds the capacity of the vehicle booked. In this case, no refund will be given
• Oversized items such as skis, surfboards, wheelchairs and golf bags can be accommodated. Please state any oversized items when paying

Baggage allowance

• The Operator reserves the right to refuse service to the driver if the number of people and luggage on the day of service exceeds the capacity of the booked vehicle. In this case, no refund will be given
• Wheelchairs and baby strollers can only be loaded into the van and please inform them before service

Choose the one that best fits your group size and enjoy the trip! What are included in the fare and what are the additional charges? These activities include one-way travel with drivers who speak Thai, English, or Korean, fuel and toll, baggage allowance, and insurance. Additional charges apply to destinations (check packages), personal expenses, and tips outside the service area. You can pay extra directly to the driver. What is the standard size of luggage that can fit in your vehicle? Our standard luggage size is 24 inches high. When will the merchant provide the driver and license plate information after the reservation is confirmed for 24 inches wide (60 cm), 16.4 inches wide (41 cm), and 9.2 inches deep (23 cm)? The merchant will email the driver's details and pick-up location three hours before the scheduled pick-up time. Check your mailbox to see if you have received these important details.
