• “Befree Tour Affiliate Program” is an online marketing affiliate program between BeFree Tour and Partners that measured by the recorded transaction through a special link made by BeFree Tour for Partners.
• BeFree Tour Affiliate Partner is entitled to receive Partner’s Link. This link is unique and private, every Partner will receive different link.
• Partner can market the product through personal website, social media, or self-booking meaning that Partner can make transaction for himself and/or customers.
• Every transaction recorded from Partner’s platform up to 5% (Five percent) from total sales transaction.
• Partner can withdrawal the commission anytime. Commission will be transferred to the Partner’s registered bank account.

RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS

1. BEFREE TOUR is entitled to receive sales transaction from Partner.
2. BEFREE TOUR shall give Partner’s Link to Partner to conduct BeFree Tour Affiliate Program and distribute commission to Partner. 
3. Partner is entitled to receive Partner’s Link to conduct Befree Tour Affiliate Program and receive commission in accordance with the agreement.
4. Partner shall market Befree Tour Affiliate Program through Partner’s Link.

COMMISSION CALCULATION

1. Commission is calculated based on sales recorded on Partner’s Link.
2. Sales record can be seen real time in Partner’s Account.
3. Every transaction recorded from Partner’s platform up to 5% (Five percent) from total sales transaction.
4. Commission will be distributed based on partner’s request.
5. Partner can withdrawal the commission anytime.
6. Commission will be transferred to the Partner’s registered bank account.

TAXES AND FEES

1. The Parties understand and agree that each Party shall be responsible to pay their respective taxes and to fulfill administrative taxes requirements pursuant to the applicable tax regulations in Indonesia.
2. BeFree Tour distributes Partner’s commission to Partner’s registered bank account.
3. BEFREE TOUR will pay the Partner Commission after taxes, and will provide proof of withholding tax.

PROGRAM PERIOD

1. This cooperation program agreement is valid since the Partner registers and approves the Terms and Conditions of the BeFree Tour Affiliate Program.


2. The agreement expires if BeFree Tour and Partners agree to terminate this cooperation program.

CONFIDENTIALITY

1. A party may give Confidential Information to the other Party herein.
2. Each Party shall not disclose Parties information to the third party without obtaining prior consent from the other Party.

INTELECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHT

1. The name, logo, brand, or any other intellectual property rights owned by each party shall remain to be a proprietary right of each party.
2. Each party shall not be allowed to use the name, logo, brand or any rights to other intellectual property owned by other Party without its prior consent.

SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTE

1. Every dispute that arise in this agreement shall be settled amicably.
2. In the event that dispute cannot be settled amicably, the Parties agree to settle the dispute through the court.
