• The date you select when booking is the date you estimate to redeem your voucher for a physical bus ticket. You may exchange your voucher for the ticket on any date within 6 months from the date selected, and you don't need to inform us prior to redemption.
• The physical bus ticket is open dated and can be used any day.
• Please collect your physical bus ticket at the redemption counters listed below.
• If you take the Limousine bus from downtown Osaka or Kyoto to the airport, please collect your physical bus ticket from the airport counter.
• Please note: If you take the Limousine bus from downtown Kyoto to the airport, please reserve your seat prior at Limousine bus counter before you board the bus. Scan the QR code on the e-ticket to the Automated Ticket Machine at Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 of Kansai International Airport.
