• Tickets are exclusive to foreign visitors only, and cannot be used by Singapore citizens and/or Singapore permanent residents.
• Boat rides will be cancelled if it rains. Once the weather permits, visitors can take the ride.
• Expectant mothers are not allowed to take the boat rides.
• Children must be at least 1.06 metres to take the ride at the Singapore River Safari.
• Children ages 12 and below must be accompanied by a paying adult at all times.
• Children tickets are for children ages 3 - 12 years.
• The boat ride(s) should be done within the same day as the admission ticket.
• The e-ticket entitles you to skip the queue for direct admission.
• Please refrain from wearing overly scented perfume as animals are sensitive to smells
• Please refrain from feeding animals in the park without permission from staff on site

• If the park is full, you will be asked to wait until you are allowed to enter the park

A:  Each cruise can accommodate approximately 40 passengers.

Q: Are there any height restrictions on the cruise?
A: There are no height restrictions for passengers. The cruise is also wheelchair-friendly. However, children must be at least 1.06 metres to take the ride at the Singapore River Safari.

Q: Is there a guide on the cruise?
A: There will be a recorded commentary which will guide visitors on their journey. In addition, a guide will be present to showcase animal-related specimens for visitors to observe and learn from.

Q: Will the cruise continue if it rains?
A: To ensure the safety and comfort of visitors, the cruise may be suspended if it rains, depending on the water and wind conditions. Visitors can go on the cruise once inclement weather subsides and safe operations can be assured. The cruise and admission tickets are not refundable.
