How To Use

• You have to exchange this voucher for your entry ticket.
• You can exchange vouchers with the entrance ticket at the Kiosk located on the 5th floor. Enter your voucher and password number.
• Use the elevator to go to the observatory after getting a physical ticket.
• If you change your plan and wants to visit before the date you ordered, request a change at the direct web ticket counter, but changes will consider the availability.
• You must enter a tourist attraction, at least 30 minutes from the time specified. If you are late, tickets must be exchanged at the ticket counter manually.
• If you want to change the date of the ticket that has expired, you can change it once at the ticket counter.
