Pickup or Drop-off Service Area:

• Destinations with areas outside the table and Singaraja, Karangasem, Gilimanuk will incur additional fees
• Hiace car with a capacity of 10 passengers with standard medium/medium sized suitcases
• Excess passenger or goods capacity that results in additional cars will be subject to additional fees according to the type of car used.

Additional Information:

• Please inform your Airline and flight number details.
• If you use Airbnb accommodation, please write down the nearest hotel address from your Host location. In order to simplify the pickup service, we will pick you up in the nearest hotel from your Host location.
• The pick-up/sending service could be delayed due to traffic condition and it can't be argued. (Delay time could be around 15-30 minutes).
• High season (20/12 – 5/01) will incur additional fees.

How To Use

• You can present either a printed or mobile voucher.
• The voucher is valid only on the date specified.

How to Meet the Driver:

Cancel Info

The possibility of cancellation and refund will be based on the provisions of each product. If the product allows for cancellation, the following conditions for cancellation and refund applied:

• The Cancellations which is coming from Befree Tour is a full refund.
• Cancellations made a minimum of 14 days before the activity date is a full refund.
• Cancellations made 13 days - 8 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 10% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations made 7-4 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 50% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations made in less than 4 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 100%.
• All cancellation process will be done via email cs@befreetour.com. If you make cancellation by telephone or via text message, the cancellation is considered invalid. Please write the booking code to speed up the process.
