Additional Information:

• Children under 3 years are free of charge.
• In the event of inclement weather such as rain or storms, the outdoor observation deck on level 78 will temporarily close for safety. Rescheduling is allowed; please visit the ticketing counters for a revisitation slip. Failure to do so will result in the inability to reschedule, with no refunds provided.
• Please be aware that scanned tickets cannot be refunded due to bad weather conditions. Guests will be notified of weather conditions before ticket scanning.
• If a guest has visited the indoor observatory on level 74 but cannot access the rooftop on level 78 due to sudden rain, re-entry will still be permitted on the rescheduled visit date.

• 10:00 am — 07:00 pm
• Daytime visits from 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM
• Sunset visits from 4:00-7:00 PM.
