Vehicle Options:

• Sedan (Toyota Vios, Almera or equivalent): 1-3 people + 3 small luggages
• MPV/AUV (Toyota Innova or equivalent): 4-6 people + 4 small luggages
• Van (Toyota Hiace Van or equivalent): 7-12 people + 7 small luggages

Additional informations:

• The package only includes a one way transfer. Please book the return journey separately
• If you are unreachable after the waiting time, it will be considered a 'no show'. The driver will leave and no refund will be issued
• For airport pick ups, the driver will be waiting at the arrival hall with a signboard of the customer's name. If you do not see your transfer coordinator, please contact us
• For hotel pick ups, please wait in your hotel lobby for your driver
• For departure transfers, please be at the hotel lobby 10 minutes prior to scheduled pick up time
• In case of flight delay, contact us ahead of time to avoid extra charges per hour of waiting time
• For out-of-town transfers, a long stopover is subject to an additional charge per hour.
