• It is a day tour at the Jomblang Cave, located about two hours from Malioboro Street in Yogyakarta. After you wear your boots and helmets at the entrance, you will go down to the cave one by one, and you should go down carefully because the roads are slippery and muddy.
• If you walk in about 20 minutes, you'll find a photo spot called the Light of Heaven. You can see the light pouring down from the cave, but it's a really special tour because you can't see it on cloudy days, and there are times when the light shines well. It may be hot and difficult to see the light of heaven, but many tourists from various countries come here for this light, so I recommend you to visit.

We will invite you to enjoy the excitement of exploring Jomblang cave which is a vertical cave of the collapse doline type. This cave was formed due to the geological process of the collapse of the land and the vegetation above it to the bottom of the earth which occurred thousands of years ago. This collapse formed a sinkhole or well which in Javanese is known as luweng.

The possibility of cancellation and refund will be based on the provisions of each product. If the product allows for cancellation, the following conditions for cancellation and refund applied:

• The Cancellations which is coming from Befree Tour is a full refund.
• Cancellations made a minimum of 14 days before the activity date is a full refund.
• Cancellations made 13 days - 8 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 10% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations made 7-4 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 50% of the total reservation.
• Cancellations made in less than 4 days prior to departure, you will be charged for 100%.
• All cancellation process will be done via email cs@befreetour.com. If you make cancellation by telephone or via text message, the cancellation is considered invalid. Please write the booking code to speed up the process.
