• Please arrive at the Spa 15 minutes before your treatment time, if there is any delay of guest arrival, it would reduces the length of treatment time.
• In order to maintain a tranquil atmosphere, children below the age of 6 are not permitted in the spa area.
• For your comfort, we are providing you with a sarong, kimono, disposable underwear and slippers.
• In maintaining our Spa’s tranquility, any mobile phone & electronic device should be switched off or silent without any vibrate at our treatment area.

Is an innovative way to combine traditiona & deep tissue massage stroke using Bamboo tools to
roll, slide and knead into deep state to create a sensation of relaxing and well-being.
Stone massage 2 hours
Is a massage Warmed hard stones uses to provide deeply relaxing techniques and and warm up
tight muscles to be beneficial in releasing tension and easing sore muscles. Heated rock stones
placed at key points on the body to relaxing muscle tension which has balancing and healing
effect on body system.

• For Individuals, please notify the spa 3 hours in advance if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be levied for treatments cancelled less than 3 hours in advance.
• For Group, please notify the spa 24 hours in advance if you would like to cancel or reschedule your appointment. A 50% cancellation fee will be levied for treatments cancelled less than 24 hours in advance.
• Last minute cancellations and NO SHOW would be charge of 100% from the total treatment booked.
