• Children aged 0-15 can enter for free
• Teenagers aged 16 and above will be charged the same as adults
• Children aged 12-15 will be required to show a valid passport with age and date of birth upon entering the castle
• You will not be allowed to re-enter after leaving the premises
• You may still have to queue to enter the castle during peak seasons
• The castle is wheelchair and stroller accessible. However, if the castle is too crowded on that day, strollers will not be allowed to enter during peak seasons. In this case, please store your stroller at the tourist center
• There is a possibility that the castle will be closed during inclement weather conditions. You can check their official website before you go. No refunds will be given in this case
• The following items are not allowed inside the castle: Large luggage, sharp metal, flammable, poisonous items, food and drinks (except water)
• Guests can leave their belongings at the entrance ticket counter for JPY100 each. Available from 9:00-16:30 only (last call for pick-up: 17:00)
