Additional Information:

• Children with a height of 140 cm and above will be charged the same as adults
• If you require travel photography services, please contact our shop staff in advance to communicate and confirm the shooting time.
• This activity is not recommended for: pregnant women
• Participants who appear drunk may be refused service. In this case, no refund will be given
• A deposit of the appropriate JPY is required for Late/next day/hotel return of clothing, or the rental kimono is clearly stained/damaged, paid on site
• Children's kimono size: Height 85 cm ~ 140 cm
• If you are more than 1 hour late and there is no contact, you will be deemed to have given up by default and no refund will be given.
• The latest experience time is 3:00 pm every day. If a customer who makes a reservation at 3:00 pm fails to arrive at the store on time, the teacher wearing the kimono will be dismissed from work. Please be careful to reserve this time slot so as not to affect your experience
• Please return the kimono to the store by 6 pm on the same day. If you need to return the clothes the next day, please contact the store staff in advance
• Regarding changing the plan after arriving at the store on the same day: You can upgrade the plan by paying the difference in price. If you wish to adjust to a lower price package, we will provide a kimono at a price lower than the original package price, but please understand that we cannot refund the difference.
• Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. If the kimono is damaged during the rental process, the store will charge the appropriate kimono damage fee.
