Tour Schedule

• 16:00 Resort pick up in Mactan (Reservation areas including Altera-Bluewater-Jpark-Planation)
• Briefing and safety training after arriving at The Mark Resort
• 16:30 boarding and departure
• 16: 30-18: 30 Watch the sunset on the boat, enjoy various drinks and BBQ
• 18:30 Arrive at The Mark Marina
• 19:00 Drop in Mactan Resort

Additional Information:

• This tour is available daily.
• Valid only on the date specified on the voucher at the time of booking.
• If the participants less than 20 people, your tour may be forced to cancel.
• After the tour, we recommend that you take your time.
• It's a good idea to bring your slippers with you as your shoes can get wet when you get on and off the boat.
• The Mark Cruise Yachts are not affected by rain, so the tour will run even in rainy weather. However, there may be days when the sunset is not beautiful due to the weather.
• Due to weather conditions, the tour may be canceled at the discretion of the captain just before the day tour. Since the sea conditions change in real time, we will check before the tour and cancel if it is considered dangerous.
• The decision to cancel the tour from the company due to weather or mechanical defects is for safety reasons and no complaints will be made.
• You can change the date if there is a place on your desired date. (However, check in advance and cannot change the day)
• If the company requests a cancellation due to a personal request other than the cancellation notice, no refund will be given.
• Your booking is not confirmed until you have received your booking voucher.
  No changes or refunds due to no show or late arrival are allowed

How To Use

• Present your mobile or printed voucher to the representative at the meeting location on the day of your tour.
• The voucher is valid only on the tour date and time specified

Pick up guide

• Free pick up service availbale for the resort in Mactan, but there are some areas in Mactan that are not available (ex. Near the airport).
• Please note that pick up / drop off is operated by shuttle according to the pickup route.
  Two days before the tour, the company will inform you of the pick-up time and car-related through messenger or email
• Please come to the THEMARK resort lobby by 16:30 if you are coming from the city or in person.
